SMART Test Ride Reservation & Disclaimer (UK Only)

UK Test Ride Reservation Fee:

Our home consultation service enables you to try a selection of saddles with your local SMART Advisor. As the vast majority of saddles are carefully packed and shipped out for each individual client, in order to reserve saddles and confirm your test ride booking, we require the £25 reservation fee payment and confirmation of horse and rider details, as well as saddle preferences.

When you decide which saddle to purchase or rent at the end of your test ride, a further £475 payment is required to complete your £500 deposit or downpayment.

This is separate to the Test Ride consultation fee, plus any applicable mileage charge, that is payable directly to your SMART Advisor in full.

Please note: The Test Ride Reservation fee is non-refundable in the event that you cancel your appointment or elect not to rent or purchase a saddle following your Test Ride. If you have to postpone your Test Ride due to horse lameness, rider sickness or inclement weather conditions, the Test Ride Reservation fee may be transferred to a future Test Ride (within 2 x months) provided that > 48 hours' notice is given. Test Rides postponed with less than 48 hours' notice may be transferred at our discretion.
